Myofascial Release
A gentle, hands-on stretching of the skins connective tissue known as fascia with the goal to elongate the myofascial network. This treatment helps to relieve swelling from the appendages when illness or injury block the lymphatic system.

This is a hand and food treatment starting with a 15 minute steamy foot sauna, then using warm oils (eco-fin product) and heated herbal hand mitts and foot boots, incorporated into a 20 minute foot massage and a 15 minute hand massage. Sunlighten Three Level Infrared Sauna
