Due to higher than usual last minute cancellation and no call/no show appointments, we now ask for a 50% deposit for all services booked online.
This deposit is used towards your cost and is nonrefundable for all no call/no show and all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.
Unfortunately, this measure has become necessary to protect our business and maximize availability to our clients.

Pet therapy is part of our regular routine at Turning Leaf.
If you have questions or for any reason you do not want this included as part of your appointment please let us know when booking and we will be sure they are put away during your visit.
